Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a fee of up to 100% of the service cost. Rescheduling: Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% service charge. 2. Credit Card on File A valid credit card is required to book an appointment and will be charged for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. 4. Punctuality If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled. 5. Refund Policy on Services We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please notify us promptly so we may address your concerns. 6. Product Sales All product sales are final. Defective items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. 7. Illness & Health Policy If you are ill, experiencing symptoms, or have had recent exposure to contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to protect the health and safety of all clients and staff. 8. Pre-Treatment & Contraindications Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions, medications, or recent procedures prior to booking. Please follow all pre- and post-care instructions for your service to ensure the best results. 9. Gift Card Policy Gift cards are valid for at least 5 years from the date of purchase per Louisiana law. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and must be presented at the time of service. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
